Take a look at the product description for each Milwakee item listing, you'll find a breakdown of all the cases which that insert will work with.
That's up to you, and depends what you want to store in your Milwaukee case. Also how deep the case or drawer in question actually is. Sometimes, you might even wish to build up multiple layers of inserts. If you have smaller hand-tools you might want to go with a 30mm deep foam which would let you cut down to a depth of abour 20mm. Power tools might benefit more from a 50mm insert, giving you 40mm depth into which the tool can sit.

Not unless it's specified in the product description, the answer is usually no. The depth of the Milwaukee foam insert will be as you select at checkout and the colour of the inserts in the pack would be the same, we can't presently offer mix and match.
