Whichever Hazet tool box you've got, you have already made a great step towards getting your tools organised. By adding Shadow Foam inserts, transforming your workshop will be a breeze. All you need to do is plan the layout for your tools, then use our simple  methods to cut and peel the foam, making your very own custom tool liner easily and cost-effectively.

How to keep tools tidy in your Hazet tools chest

Using Shadow Foam inserts in your Hazet drawers is such an easy way to tidy your tools. Our foam inserts are made from a specially designed Polyethylene material. So they're durable as well as being very easy to use. This material comes in different depths, and the vibrant colours stay looking bright for years to come.

How do you cut inserts for your Hazet tool box?

First, pick the depth of foam that's right for the size of your drawer and the tools that you want to store in it. Use black side facing up for maximum tool control benefits. Or you can even use coloured side up if you prefer that look. We'll make the foam to the size of your Hazet drawer with our custom foam service, or cut it to size yourself using our standard packs or sheets of foam.

How do you organise a bunch of tools?

There are many costly CNC machined foam liner options available out there, but Shadow Foam's versatile and durable Polyethylene material offers ease of use and affordability to make it the perfect DIY alternative to those for your Hazet drawers. Plus, we've got all the guides and inspiration you need for working with our inserts. If you'd like to see what others think too, take a look at our reviews.

STILL NOT SURE WHICH FOAM TO PICK?

When you're ready to get your Hazet tool box organised, first consider the depth of foam you're going to need. To help with deciding that, think about the space available in the drawer. Then consider what tools will be stored in the foam and how big they are. Also, you need to pick a colour. With 10 vibrant Shadow Foam colourways to choose from, you can get exactly what you need.
Finally, you'll need to decide if you'd prefer the ease of us making the inserts to fit your drawer using our easy Custom Foam manufacture service. Alternatively, it's usually more cost-effective to pick sheets or packs of foam from our standard range, then cut them to size yourself. Either of these solutions can give you a great custom fit insert for your Hazet chest.

So, you've invested in your Hazet tool box, but still can't seem to find a tool when you need it. Shadow Foam inserts give you a cost-effective and easy solution. All you need to do is cut & peel. But there's more....

Protect Your Tools

Tools are expensive, so repairing or replacing if you lose or damage one can be costly. For that reason, keeping them protected in your Hazet tool case should be a top consideration. That's exactly what our inserts will do for you.

Once you've cut around the shape of the tool then peeled the foam away, you've created a custom space for each tool which will keep it protected when not in use. These tool box inserts keep literally any tool  protected, from any small hand tool all the way through to your bigger items and power tools.

Organise Your Tools Exactly How You Want

Most often, ready made tool drawer inserts or organisers come in a pre-manufactured format decided on by the manufacturer. While you can still use these to organise your tools to some degree, they aren't designed to your own specific needs. However now you can have something customised perfectly to your own needs with these Shadow Foam inserts. Being efficient and organised really doesn't have to cost the earth.

As our inserts are simply planned, cut and peeled by you, you are in control over the exact layout of your tools. This way, you decide exactly where you want to position each of your tools for maximum ease of use.

The result? Now you'll be able to work more efficiently with your Hazet tool box. Ultimately getting better and faster results, whatever job you're working on.

Easy To Clean

Our special Polyethylene designed material is incredibly easy to clean. So now, when it comes to the maintenance of your Hazet tool box inserts, any build up of grime, dust or dirt can be easily wiped away. Cleaning your toolbox will be so much easier and quicker now thanks to your Shadow Foam inserts.

Resistant to UV, Water & Many Common Chemicals

A great benefit of our special foam is that it's resistant to most common chemicals, UV, & water. So you can open up your Hazet tool box in pretty much any conditions, without worry that your foam insert might lose it's shape, strength or functionality.

Odourless and HCFC-Free

Many Hazet tool organisers and ready-made inserts are made from material considered harmful to the environment. Often they omit a nasty odour which apart from being unpleasant, could be harmful to us if we breathe it in. Our Shadow Foam tool box foam is totally odourless and is HCFC-free.

Strong and Durable, Yet Still Affordable

Great quality custom-made tool box inserts can be justifyably expensive. You'd often be looking at hundreds in investment just to keep your tools and gear safe and protected. That all ends today, thanks to our Hazet tool box inserts.

Shadow Foam inserts are strong and durable, and are more affordable than the alternatives. Thousands already use Shadow Foam in their tool boxes as an easy and effective alternative to keeping their tools safe, organised and protected.

Whether you've thousands of tools, or are an enthusiastic DIY-er with a Hazet tool box, you'll benefit from investing in Shadow Foam inserts. Many neglect their toolboxes, finding them messy and unorganised when they need them, but this can work out to be a costly error in the longer term.

People all over the world are already transforming their tool storage, and loving the improvements it brings them. However, if you're not yet ready to invest in Shadow Foam inserts, that's OK. You can order a Shadow Foam sample to try it out before you start your journey to organised tool box perfection.

FAQS

If you use our Custom Foam manufacturing service, then we'll make the insert in whatever size you need for your Hazet tool box. Alternatively, you could opt to choose from our standard packs or sheets of foam, and cut them down to size yourself. Whichever works best for you.

WIth our custom foam manufacture option, we can make your foam to any size you need for each of your Hazet drawers.

This is up to you and does deped what you want to store in your Hazet tool box. For smaller tools you might want to go with 30mm deep foam if that fits in the drawer. This lets you cut down to a depth of about 20mm. Big items or power tools would usually be better with a 50mm insert as long as you have space, allowing 40mm depth in which to cut the item in the foam.

Don't worry, we get more stock arriving all the time. If what you need for your Hazet tool box is showing out of stock, it’s worth checking again at a later date. If you need something more quickly, consider if another colour or option might work for you, otherwise you could consider making your own insert. We created this guide to help.

Yes you certainly can. When choosing from our medium sheet or custom size options for your Hazet tool box, you can mix the colours and depths just as you need to.

Of course, you're welcome to get a sample of Shadow Foam  here.

No problem. You can get standard sheets which you can cut down to size to create your own Hazet drawer insert. Alternatively, we can manufacture the foam to your requested size with our custom foam service. Check out this video tutorial if you need help customising your inserts for the perfect fit.
