Alles über Erbauer

We keep on hearing about Erbauer. We know they’ve got a great range of power tools and accessories aimed at both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Additionally, they are known for producing tools that cover a variety of applications, including woodworking, construction, metalworking, and much more. We know more an more Screwfix, B&Q and Trade Point customers are switching over to the brand. With their “Reliable, Tough, No Fuss engineering” promise, today we’re coming up with a great storage solution for our Erbauer haul, and seeing if the tools match the hype.

Erbauer tools seem to offer something for most applications. Such as drills, saws, grinders, sanders, routers, and other power tools commonly used in construction, woodworking, and related industries. The brand has aimed to provide reliable and cost-effective tools that cater to both professional tradespeople and hobbyists. With a keen price-point that sits below that of rivals like Dewalt and Milwaukee, they’re targeting potentially a wider audience with their cost-effective power tools.

The Project.

We wanted to organise a haul of Erbauer power tools belonging to one of our team. Their collection had outgrown their small case. So now we wanted to consolidate it all into a single Erbauer mid box using our toolbox organiser. So this was going to be quite a challenge. We used the ready made Erbauer mid box foam inserts we sell for getting the kit organised. But because some of the items, like the circular saw were really big, we employed some useful hacks. One being that we show how you can layer up individual inserts to make a much thicker one. This is particularly handy for large tools like circular saws and the like.

Another useful tip in this guide is how to customise a foam insert to turn it into a removable tray. This allows you to really make the most of the otherwise redundant space in your your deep storage boxes.
