ToughBuilt UK is finally here

We've long since been sharing our excitement with you over the ToughBuilt StackTech system. Our own system came from America. Mainly because that was the only place you could easily lay your hands on it, until now. We've been selling our range of foam inserts for StackTech for a while now. So obviously, we've been itching for it to land on UK shores for ages. But breaking news, as of today, ToughBuilt UK is finally happening.

When is ToughBuilt available in the UK?

If there's one question we've heard a lot of since we created our first ToughBuilt content back in 2024, it's:

"When will ToughBuilt be available in the UK"?

...so we're super happy that we are now in a position to answer that question.

Home DIY giants B&Q have snared the coveted deal. They're set to have a selected range of StackTech cases on their shelves from 28th February 2025. For sure, we know they'll have the triple stack which is the basis for any good modular tool storage system. This, then is likely to include:

• The StackTech rolling tool box
• The Large tool box
• The StackTech tool box

...as a minimum. It's expected that the other cases, bags and accessories in the range will soon follow too to. Complimenting B&Q's ToughBuilt UK StackTech range.

Why is StackTech so exciting?

OK, so we're known to get excited easily about new tool storage innovations. But right from the off, this system has been that little bit different. The visual locking indicator is a re-assuring and quirky feature which instantly sets it apart from others. But that aside, there's a whole wealth of details in this range which really have given it an edge over a lot of the competition out there. 

As a company, ToughBuilt have always been innovating and improving their tool offering, so as you'd naturally assume, their tool storage offering, StackTech, is no different. In our opinon, ToughBuilt have taken the toolbox and done something very different with it.

Getting in on the StackTech action.

With an innovative system like this, it was important for us to get on board with the brand early. We picked up a system during a trip to the states, which meant we could get to work creating our range of custom-fit ToughBuilt StackTech foam inserts way ahead of time. These have been flying off the shelf for a while now. Of course, mainly heading over the pond to where the majority of the cases have been sold. Up until now, of course.

In another serendipitous coincidence, we also started selling our foam inserts with B&Q around the middle of last year too. This has set us up nicely so that when people head to the retailer for their StackTech systems, they would also be able to really up their tool storage game by adding in our foam inserts too.

Since our first batch of ToughBuilt content aired, we're now in contact with the team there and they're hooking us up with any of the cases we haven't yet seen, or created inserts for yet. So you can be sure that this will be the place to come for any hot-off-the-presses StackTech news.
