We’ve made it easy for you to find the right tool foam insert. On each product page, you’ll find links to the toolboxes and cases that each insert is compatible with. This helps you quickly identify the right fit.
The depth of your tool foam insert really depends on what you plan to store. For smaller hand tools, we recommend a 30mm Shadow Foam insert, giving you around 20mm of workable space once you’ve cut your shapes. If you’re storing items such as power tools, a 50mm tool box foam insert is a great choice, allowing roughly 40mm of depth to securely fit your tools. You can also stack multiple layers to create custom storage for different tools or accessories.

Unless it’s specifically stated in the product description, all toolbox foam inserts within a pack will be the same colour and depth. However, if you’re looking to get creative with your storage, you can always mix and match inserts from different packs to achieve your ideal setup.
