Paying by Invoice

If you're a business, we're happy to you offer payment through proforma invoice, whether that's via a Purchase Order (PO) or just by telling us what you want to order.

If you are paying by invoice you agree to the following:

• Minimum order value must be over £250
• You'll not receive any web-only offers, discounts, promotions or free gifts that are listed online, unless otherwise agreed. This includes free cutting equipment and bulk discounts. And you won't be able to apply any discount or promotional codes to on-invoice or proforma invoice orders.
• You will pay the invoice within the terms agreed upon during email correspondence, this is typically on a proforma basis, however following completion of a small number of proforma orders and following a short credit account application process, we may be able to revise this to 30 day credit terms, please ask for details if you'd be interested in that.
• Free UK mainland shipping will still apply, however the shipping options, terms and rates for orders shipping outside of the UK will typically be through different services with rates than those viewed online, so please supply your shipping address information for a quote.
• If a supplier questionnaire or set-up process is required by your organisation, please ensure these terms are considered as part of that process and integrated into your PO or procurement methods. If completion of any questionnaire is required we request a short form / simplified application version for e-commerce suppliers which can be completed ahead of placing an order of the qualifying minimum order value.

If you wish to place an order outside of these parameters, then you'll need to place your order directly via the website.
