The Cut and Peel Foam Solution to make klein toolbox organisers

There's little worse than investing a bunch of money into your Klein tool storage system to find that it’s still not as organised as you'd like. Our Klein toolbox organisers are super easy to use. All you need to do is just cut and peel. But that that's far from the only benefit of our inserts. Here is what else our inserts can do for you and your tools:

Keep Your Tools Protected

Quality tools from brands like Klein are expensive to repair or replace. Therefore keeping them protected should be a top priority. And that's just what our inserts are best at.

The tools are cut into the foam by you. Once that's done you’ve created a protective home for your tools to live in whenever not in use. That’s any tool at all, be it smaller hand tools or bigger items and power tools.

Organise Your Tools Just the Way You Want

As you're creating your own custom tool organiser, the layout can be just how you'd like it to be.

Many Klein toolbox dividers, compartments or pre made inserts come in a pre-defined shape, which dictates where you can fit your tools, rather than being suited to your needs. Whilst any level of organisation is better than none, life would be much simpler letting you work more efficiently when it's customised to your own needs.

Since our Shadow Foam inserts are simply cut and then peeled, you're in full control of the layout and accessibility of your tools. The result being that you can work more efficiently, and achieve much faster results whenever you work with your tools.

Easy to Keep Clean

Our Polyethylene material is renowned for being super easy to clean. Any build-up of dust or dirt can be easily wiped away, making the cleaning of your toolbox much easier. Keeping it looking as professional and slick as when you first made it.

Resistant to UV, Water and Common Chemicals

One unique benefit of our polyethylene material is that it's resistant to most common chemicals, UV, and water. That means you can work in most conditions without worrying that your Shadow Foam insert might lose its shape, strength, or aesthetic appeal.

No Odour and HCFC Free

Many Klein toolbox organisers can be made out of materials that aren't HCFC free, therefore can be considered harmful to the environment or when the odours they ommit are breathed in. Our Shadow Foam inserts are completely odourless and HCFC-free, so they're much safer for indoor use.

Strong and Durable, Yet Affordable

Custom madeKlein tool box inserts can be expensive. In some instances, you might need to spend hundreds of pounds just to keep your tools and equipment safe.

However, Shadow Foam inserts arn't just strong and durable, but they're also much more affordable. As a result, thousands are now using Shadow Foam inserts as a cost-effective means of keeping their tools safe and protected during use or whenever in transit.

Suitable For Anyone With Dewalt Storage

Whether you're an electrician or network engineer with thousands of tools or a hobbyist who enjoys a little DIY at home, you'll still benefit from investing in Shadow Foam inserts for your Klein tool case.

Many  neglect their toolboxes, finding them frustratingly messy and unorganised when they come to need them. This not only increases the risk of losing and breaking tools, but will shorten the lifespan of those items.

FAQS

The inserts are designed and sized to fit the footprint of your particular Klein case/drawer

In the product description for each item listed, we'll show the case variants that each insert will fit.

This is really up to you as it depends what you want to store in your case. Also whether you want to build up multiple layers of inserts or have a single layer. For smaller hand-tools you might want to go with a 30mm deep of foam which allows you to cut down to a depth of around 20mm. Power tools might be better with a 50mm insert which gives you around 40mm workable depth in which to cut them into the foam.

We've more stock arriving all the time, so if what you’re looking for shows out of stock, it’s worth checking at a later date. If you do need something more quickly though, and another colour or variant won’t work for you, maybe consider making your own insert – we created this simple guide to help.

Unless specified in the product description, then no. The depth of foam will be as you select at checkout and the colour of the inserts in the pack would be the same.

Yes of course, we'd love you to. You can get your sample of Shadow Foam here.

Since there are so many models of tool boxes out there, we aren’t always able to make inserts for all of them. Instead, we have standard sheets that you can cut down to create your own inserts. Just follow this video tutorial for help.

Absolutely you can! Shadow Foam is reversible so either use the black side or the coloured side upwards, it’s your choice!
