If you use the Custom Foam service, we'll make them to whatever size you select to slot directly in to your Matco tool box. Otherwise, choose from our standard options and cut them to size yourself. Whatever option works best for you.

That's totally up to you. Also, it depends what you want to store in your Matco tool box. For smaller hand tools you might want to go with a 30mm depth of foam, this would let you cut down to a depth of around 20mm so should be ample. Bigger items and power tools would usually be better with a 50mm insert, giving you 40mm depth in which to house the item into the foam.
