We took on the challenge of putting a BMX bike into Shadow Foam to safely fit it into this bag and get that bike securely through an airport! Friend of the Show Andy Devine was in the Shadow Foam workshop this week, alongside his son's BMX bike to help Jonathan cut a custom insert and take on the challenge of cutting this complex 3D shape into Shadow Foam with nothing more than a scalpel!
