Wil je weten hoe je de ToughBuilt StackTech kunt organiseren?
When it comes to organising and protecting tools, we know our onions. So when it comes to knowing how to organise the ToughBuilt StackTech, we've plenty of ideas and advice. We will help get you on the road to tool box perfection. We have a selection of what we think are the most innovative tools from ToughBuilt to hand. So, it's time to get our new StackTech system organised.
About ToughBuilt StackTech
ToughBuilt have been around for some time. They've always designed and manufactured innovative tools, accessories, and work gear, ever since the company was first founded back in 2012. Their mission has always been, to create products that enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety on job sites. From what we've seen, it seems they do that really well.
However, with the recent introduction of the StackTech tool storage system, it seems like their research and development team have taken the best features from all their competitors ranges and worked hard to come up with improvements. With a heavy emphasis on durability and functionality, combined with their commitment to innovation and quality, the StackTech range of modular storage really does seem to live up to the hype.
How to organise the StackTech
The system, in and of itself, is carefully crafted to help you become more organised. They offer features which organically enhance organisation, efficiency, and durability. Their key features play to this modularity and customisability:
- Modular design with an innovative interlocking system
- Configuration versatility
- Durable and portable
Therefore the first step in getting the StackTech organised is by building the ideal configuration to suit you. They've a myriad of choices from deep and shallow cases, organisers, totes and drawers. So you can assess what best suits your own needs for the tools, and the jobs at hand.
So let's say you have all that, then what next? Planning what tools you need, and which you need fastest or most ready access to is really important. Prioritise giving the most accessible spots to your most often used tools. Consider making space for batteries and charging equipment if you work with power tools to make sure you're never caught without power on the job too. An essential but often overlooked element.
That's the basics, but if you want to really up your toolbox organisation game then read on....
Using Shadow Foam to organise your ToughBuilt tools
Tool control measures are nothing new. It's been used for decades in engineering and other industries to manage tool inventory and prevent loss. At it's inception, Shadow Foam was designed to make those measures cost-effective and accessible to anyone. So Shadow Foam is the logical choice to really elevate your tool organisation.
We've a full range of custom-fit inserts for the ToughBuilt StackTech system. You can really easily make your modular storage the envy of all your friends and colleagues and protect your gear for decades to come.
Choosing the right inserts.
The inserts will be available in a choice of depths (30mm or 50mm) and a wide range of colours. You can easily use the 30mm deep inserts to store smaller items and hand tools; things that don't take up much space in your containers. Then the 50mm inserts are great when you have larger items or power tools to store and organise. You can even layer-up inserts to achieve greater depth if you need it for particularly large tools or even batteries and chargers, the possibilities are endless.
Let's get organised!
We've heaps of resources and guides to get you going with planning the layout of your storage. However, as it's totally bespoke to you, only you know what's going to give you maximum efficiency. But once you have planned how you want your inserts to look, we really recommend you watch some of our "How to" guides to get to know the product and the best ways of working with it for optimum results.
