This is totally up to you. It will depend what you want to store in your Sealey tool box. For small tools you may want to go with 30mm deep foam; this lets you cut down to a depth of about 20mm. Big items or power tools would usually be better with a 50mm insert, allowing 40mm depth in which to cut the item into the foam.
