    The DeWalt TSTAK Transformation!

    We've been asked to take this Long Handled TSTAK toolbox and give it the Shadow Foam treatment. The old box had a worn out foam insert inside, that really wasn't up to the task of protecting or organising these tools. So instead, we're replacing it with a Shadow Foam DeWalt TSTAK Insert. This will not only organise the toolbox and the DeWalt Combi Drill and Multitool accessories, but it will protect the tools inside and increase their lifespan.

    The GENIUS way to make your own DIY Foam Insert! (Ft. Makita Combi Drill)

    At Shadow Foam, we pride ourselves on having the most complete set of branded foam inserts available on the market! However, from time to time we do find ourselves happenning across a box with an irregular shape or size. Well, modern problems require modern solutions and this brings Jonathan onto today's subject; make your own custom toolbox insert! Today, we are going to show you how to quickly and easily make a custom DIY foam insert for your case, in this example, we are using a Makita Power Tool Case that came with our Makita Combi Drill/Impacter.     EPIC Scalextric Build - It's even portable...

    We're professionals at Shadow Foam. That's why we made an epic, portable Scalextric track. We picked up a load of second hand slot cars and Scalextric sets that were going unused and unloved. But we've given them a new life and made an awesome track using Shadow Foam and a bit of creativity.

    Our apprentice made a BIG MISTAKE | Learning how to cut Shadow Foam

    We're inducting our apprentice into the world of Shadow Foam by teaching him how to organise tools for himself. Jonathan has lined up a DeWalt TSTAK and a Makita Makpac to show our Apprentice Dylan the ropes, and demonstrate to you just how quick, easy and robust the Shadow Foam Tool Organisation system is!     We FINALLY FINISHED our New Unit Build and Refurb ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET!

    We have finally finished our Unit Upgrade, and Jonathan is chuffed to bits to finally be able to open the doors and show you all what we've been working on over lockdown! From Facebook Marketplace, to discount office suppliers, this Unit was completed by hand and from scratch on the tightest of budgets and the boldest uses of ingenuity - check out how we best utilised the space, refurbished the kitchen and bathroom and built an office workspace that will stand the test of time at Shadow Foam!
